Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from Brik Street Customs, an Australian business. By placing an order you agree to them.

Pre-orders. Kit pre-orders are charged in full at checkout. Each kit belongs to a batch with a published close date and cap. Cancellation and refund rights are set out in the refund policy.

Digital products. Instruction files are licensed for your personal use. You may print them and build as many copies as you like for yourself. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files or the design, or sell kits built from them.

Prices are in Australian dollars. Stripe may present a converted price in your local currency at checkout; the AUD price is the contract price.

Intellectual property. All designs, photos and instructions are © Brik Street Customs. Model names use the pattern “Inspired by” and refer to the real-world vehicles that inspired the design. No affiliation with any car manufacturer is claimed.

LEGO. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse this site.

Safety. Kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 6.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
