How pre-orders work

I am a designer, not a warehouse. Selling in drops lets me make exactly what has been ordered, without sitting on boxes of stock. The Evo VII is my first drop, so here is exactly how it will go, with nothing left out.

   You pre-order

   Pay at checkout. Your order counts toward the drop.

2. 2

   The drop closes

   On the close date, or when the cap is hit, the drop locks. I send the exact parts list to production. Full refunds are available up to this point.

3. 3

   Production, 2 to 3 weeks

   Parts are picked, counted and bagged. I inspect a sample from each drop and photograph it for the update email.

   Ships direct to you

   Tracked post from the packing partner to your door. You get a tracking email the day it leaves, with your instructions PDF.

Why a date and a cap

A date means you always know when it locks. A cap keeps each drop small enough to check by hand. If a drop sells out early, it sells out. I do not stretch it.

What GoBricks is

Every kit ships in GoBricks parts. GoBricks is a brick manufacturer in China whose parts fit standard bricks exactly. Clutch is firm, colours are consistent, and the parts library covers everything I design with. The finish is slightly glossier and some parts carry a small mould number. It is what I build my own display models from.

If something goes wrong

Before the drop locks: full refund, no questions, reply to your confirmation email. After production starts: I replace missing or faulty parts at no cost, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply on top. Details on the refund policy page.
